Affiliate terms at a glance
01Commission
You earn a percentage of what a referred customer pays.
You earn a percentage of the net amount a referred customer pays for an order, including custom-quote orders paid through our website (excluding tax, shipping and fees), up to a maximum per order.
The rate and the maximum are shown in your affiliate dashboard and can change for future orders.
02Attribution
An order counts when the customer arrives through your link and buys while the referral cookie is valid.

03Approval and refunds
Commission is held for 45 days, and refunds reverse it.
Commission stays pending for 45 days after the order is paid (the approval hold). It is then approved and paid at the next payout batch once your approved balance reaches the payout threshold.
Any refund reverses the commission for that order: completely for a full refund, in proportion for a partial refund, and a refunded order never becomes approved.
If a refund or chargeback happens after a commission was paid, the amount is deducted from your future payouts.
04Payouts
Payouts are made manually once your approved balance reaches the threshold.

Payment methods: Stripe, Payoneer or a local bank transfer. For Payoneer and bank payouts you pay all bank, transfer and currency-conversion fees, so the amount you receive is the commission minus those fees.
05Not allowed
Self-referrals, brand-name ads and misleading claims are not allowed.
Buying through your own link, using your own or a relative's details, paid search on our brand name, misleading claims, spam, and anything illegal.
We may cancel commission and remove you from the programme if these rules are broken.
06Changes
We can change these terms, but commission already earned stays payable.
We can change these terms or end the programme at any time. Commission already earned on valid orders stays payable.
